Charity Profile
RAG (raising and giving) is the main student charity at Kings. Every year we try to raise £100,000 pounds for 6 fantastic charities. This year we are sponsoring: The Evelina Childrens Hospital, Medicinima, a Neonatal Ward in St Thomas's, Broadway (a london homeless charity), the Alzheimer's Society and a Moldovan child aid charity. The main effort is traditionally during RAG week, the first week in February, where students go out fundraising on the streets of London. However, this year we are also hosting some new events, hopefully targeting a bigger audience. We are trying to get as many people to endeavour to get as far away from London for RAG! The Jailbreak will provide a unique opportunity to travel wherever your imagination or blagging will take you, for charity!
