Booking Agency

Our booking agency service is designed for charities wanting to provide a selection of fundraising challenges to their supporters. We're committed to keeping our service simple, competitive and nonrestrictive - there's no hand forcing, no hard sells and no hidden fees. What's more, we work solely in the charity sector. That means that we benefit from specialised knowledge that other agencies simply won't have.

Outsourcing

Maintaining a complete challenge portfolio and administration team for a big (or small) charity can be costly and inefficient, and passing these responsibilities onto a third party can allow your charity to focus on its core business and operations. As the UK's industry leading charity challenge specialist, our knowledge of our challenges and use of technology tools can result in a big improvement in challenge quality for you and your supporters.

As part of our service level agreement, you can depend on us to scale our resources to your requirements. Consistent investment in our custom web software in the region of £100,000 has enabled us to move swiftly and future proof our operations, giving you a faster route to market and access to specialist, on-call talent, around the clock.

Sponsorship or Self Funded

During our charity registration process, the registrant gives consent to Self Funded challenges by default. We define these as where:

“Participants agree to pay all of their challenge costs and all funds raised go directly to their charity of choice.”

We also give charities the option to agree to Sponsorship Funded challenges, distinguishing us from many agents who use this arrangement by default. Our definition of this process is that:

“If the participant reaches the sponsorship requirement by the sponsorship deadline, a defined amount of sponsorship can go to cover challenge costs.”

For these sponsorship funded challenges, assuming the participant reached their minimum fundraising amount, we'll invoice you for the sum that's due.

Charities can specify their required minimum sponsorship for sponsorship or self funded challenges as either an exact figure or as a ratio of cost to fundraised amount for each challenge. The ability to opt in and out of challenges is also given during registration, and these preferences can be amended at any point in the future through their charity admin panel.

Price Promise

We've made sure that our systems enable us to work at maximum efficiency, meaning we cut out unnecessary costs wherever possible. As a result, not only can we beat the price of your current supplier, but we'll always throw in extras including carbon offsetting and additional insurance.

Put simply: if you find cheaper prices from another UK agency, we'll refund you the difference and backdate it from when their prices changed.

Choose a Challenge prices include FREE carbon offset and personal accident insurance. Skyline Parachuting’s prices include their personal accident insurance (added by default). Prices from other agencies do not include these extras.

Clearly a trend begins to emerge. We'll save you or your supporters money, depending on whether it's a sponsorship or self funded challenge. Either way, you benefit from some very competitive prices.

Sharing Information

Once someone has signed up to a challenge, we then share their name and online fundraising page with their chosen charity, by means of the charity admin panel. If the participant didn't opt out during sign-up to their challenge, we also share their email address with their chosen charity, enabling fundraising support and contact for the supporter.

Furthermore, charities can request daily or weekly summaries of their supporter activity, meaning no repetitive checking of the admin panel.
