Using the Choose a Challenge e-Registration system to analyse participant data, and by applying activity centre and challenge category set constraints, we have exceptional faith in our data. Our team offer a wealth of experience in the privacy and protection of customer information: we're a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office and are committed to the Personal Information Promise.

Whilst this is all lovely on paper, what we take pride in is that we use our information ethically and efficiently. A great example is that participants who provide opt-in consent, automatically share their contact information with the charity they're raising for, meaning that fundraisers can always get the support they need. Similarly, event organisers get access to useful participant information for the duration of their event. For full details, please check our Privacy Policy.

Filling Forms

Something we're especially proud of is our ability to get database extracts into their most useful format - paper! We can easily populate all sorts of third party medical and disclaimer forms in seconds, reducing hours of leg work and annoying paper cuts. At present, these include, but are no means limited to: BPA F102, F114, F114a and F115 for skydives.
