Nottingham Uni Skydive offers both “Sponsorship Funded“ and “Self Funded“ payment options, so you'll be able to choose how you want to cover the cost.

Sponsorship Funded

If you select the Sponsorship Funded method during sign up, then you'll just need to pay the deposit to confirm your place.

Depending on the charity, there are two methods this will work (you'll be informed in your registration email). In some cases you will need to raise the cost of your challenge offline, in cash, and then set up an online fundraising profile with any major provider (our supported systems) to reach the rest of the “Sponsorship Requirement“.

In other cases you can do all of your fundraising online - as long as your online fundraising profile has reached the “Sponsorship Requirement“ by the “Sponsorship Deadline“ then we'll collect any remaining balance for your challenge from your charity. We'll also refund your deposit!

For Nottingham Uni Skydive, the sponsorship due date is two weeks prior to the event. If you don't reach the target, this doesn't mean you can't take part - you just need to pay any outstanding balance through your challenge control panel.

Self Funded

If you are so inclined, and can stretch to it, then you can opt to pay the full cost of your challenge yourself, hopefully resulting in a higher level of donations for your charity. Just select the relevant option during sign up, and pay the full balance at the end of the process. Easy peasy.

We still encourage you to set up an online fundraising profile, and enter the URL in your challenge control panel. This means that your chosen charity and ourselves will be able to track your fundraising progress quickly and efficiently.
