RECRUITMENT

Now that recruitment season is in full swing, it’s time to take a look at some of the highlights and take inspiration in getting as many people in those information meeting rooms as possible!

In Bangor, James and Tom smashed the day of recruitment at their serendipity fair! They were able to pick up over 100 responses between the two of them, along with generating interest through flyering and postering. Great work team!

The Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, and Morocco information meeting event pages created by Exeter RAG are looking absolutely stellar. They’ve not only been consistently posting updates and photos, but they’ve generated a whole bunch of interest by sharing and inviting hundreds of people to their events. The video cover videos work so well!

TRAINING WEBINAR

We ran our first ever challenge leader training day last week, and it was a huge, huge success! Thank you so much to everyone that came and spent the day with us, we hope you took something away and feel prepared for the year ahead!

If you weren’t able to attend, do not panic! We’ll be holding a training webinar next Friday (28th September) at 10am for those who missed out. The session will be an hour long and will consist of the same content as the training day but in a shorter format, so if you were able to attend training but fancy a refresher feel free to get involved! In a nutshell, we’ll be training you on Recruitment, Social Media, Registrations, and Challenge Leader Support.

We’ll be posting reminders on the challenge leader forum next week to ensure you stay in the loop.

CHALLENGE LEADER (S!) OF THE MONTH

The first challenge leader of the month is a slightly rogue one. But given the circumstances we felt it was necessary to celebrate a group of leaders! Congratulations to Dylan, Sophie, Madeleine, and Matt, our first ever leaders from Irish universities. The leaders travelled down to London for our challenge leader training day and are super keen to get the ball rolling with the year ahead. We’re so excited to see how your teams progress.

CONTENT COMPETITION

Our content competition is now open! Above are two of our favourites so far. Up for grabs are three £100 Amazon vouchers - submit your content here: https://chooseachallenge.typeform.com/to/uTSSH7

On the topic of marketing content, we’re currently in the process of completing all your landing pages.
