Over the past years, we've partnered with passionate student leaders at Plymouth RAG to take students from Plymouth University all around the world, raising over half a million pounds for charity along the way.
This year, we're offering three treks:

This is a challenging but rewarding trek, climbing the world's largest free standing mountain, at a height of 5,895m above sea-level.
Meningitis Research Foundation
Meg Wilkinson, Tori Lane
MACHU PICCHU trek
31st August 2018
Cross the Andes and discover the ancient city of the Incas. Wind your way across breathtaking mountain passes, sacred peaks, and jungle trails, in search of Machu Picchu.
Action Against Hunger
Amelia Hobley, Emi Dowse
iceland ice & fire trek
28th August 2018
Hike over mountain passes, across active volcanoes, and over glaciated lakes and finish in the capital city of Reykjavik. Do you have what it takes to endure the endless summer days and otherworldly scenes of the Icelandic landscape?

YOUR CHALLENGE team
Charlotte was first involved in RAG through becoming a challenge leader for a Kilimanjaro Trek in 2015 before taking on an events officer role within the committee. Charlotte's now the president and works with the two VP's to organise and oversee all of the challenges, events, campaigns, training and workshops that Plymouth RAG run throughout the year.
Josh's first involvement in RAG was the Kilimanjaro Trek. He later become involved with the RAG committee as international events officer. Josh is now Vice President for RAG and Adventure coordinator, overseeing the 6 big fundraising adventures we do at Plymouth, including the likes if the Kilimanjaro Trek and the new Ice and Fire trek. Josh is the main point of contact between the charities, adventure leaders and participants, and am hoping for a really successful year for RAG adventures.
