Having each experienced student challenges firsthand whilst at university, we like to think we are an experienced team who know what we're talking about when it comes to Choose a Challenge events. Day to day, we each manage university accounts and support our accounts, but we also have our own specialisms. 

Lucy (pictured centre), is our Partnerships Manager. She manages our team on a daily basis, and manages all charity communications, training and relationships. If you have any questions, you can reach Lucy by emailing charity@chooseachallenge.com.  

Sam (far left), is our Digital and Logistics Coordinator. Sam looks after all of our trip logistics from flights to trip bookings, as well as looking after all of our marketing materials. Sam is also in charge of our registration system and data protection. 

Molly (bottom left), is our Participant Comms & Care Coordinator. Molly's responsible for chatting to our participants, answering their questions and ensuring they are excited for their trek. Molly also sends out our charity & RAG newsletters, and organising our regular communications to participants. 

Naomi (bottom right), is our Business Development Coordinator. Naomi leads the team on all things developing business, from Challenge Leader recruitment campaigns to building new RAG relationships. 

Felix (far right), is our Challenge Events Coordinator. Felix's core role is to look after all of our Challenge Leaders; from preparing workshops, organising training and setting up an ILM qualification.
