Read MoreHaving completed many a pre-departure briefings between us one thing we’ve noticed is that most students seem to be nervous about, or unsure of, is the high altitude aspect of the challenge. Having done many treks ourselves, we know that altitude is nothing to be scared of, but it is very important to be aware of and work hard to prevent where possible. Hopefully this blog will help you!
