Subject to availability, you may choose to defer your trip by a year and join a future trip departure raising money for the same charity. The deferral fee of £200 acts as a reduced registration fee for your subsequent year's challenge, but note that you will need to conform to the pricing schedule for the new trip. 

In order to guarantee your ability to defer, you must have paid your £200 deferral fee prior to the departure date of your original trip.

Please note that you must also complete our Deferral Form at least 8 weeks before your original departure.
