As you may have heard, a new EU data protection regulation (the General Data Protection Regulation, or 'GDPR') comes into force today, 25th May 2018. This new law gives EU residents and citizens much more control over their personal data.

Nothing. As part of our GDPR compliance we have been mapping and cleansing the data we hold, and tightening up our internal processes for data handling - there's no action required your end. If you're a current participant, you'll still continue to hear from us as normal.
Can I unsubscribe/update my preferences?
If you're receiving marketing comms from us in the future and want to unsubscribe or update your preferences, you can do so using the links at the bottom of any of our emails.
You can also request the removal, update, erasure of your personal data from our records by emailing email@example.com.
Please note that if you are a current participant on a challenge, we are unable to erase all of your data as we require it to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. If you still wish to erase your data then that's fine - but we would have to cancel your booking.
